This computer is the first of six that were rebuilt for the Greenvale Learning Lab. It is trying to hide in the back right of the picture.

A big thanks to my buddy Kelly for donating her computer to PatchX before she moved west. It took us a while to get it up and going but I think we found a great family. The picture shows two boys but there is also a daughter who will be using the computer.

Here is another computer we fixed up for the Blue Ridge Independent Living Center. This HP should find a good home for someone.

We delivered this computer over to a boy who has a broken foot and is stuck at home. He needed a computer to do his homework and for the tutor coming over. This is a picture of the computer and monitor.

This was a computer donated to Greenvale school a couple of years ago but went down on them. We fixed it up and with Jenny Lee's help putting the computer back into the plastic desk. IBM with United Way have setup a website for these computers located at http://www.kidsmartearlylearning.org/

I got a call from my mother-in-law this weekend about a family who wanted to have a computer for their son. I had fixed this one up but wanted to update some of the software on it. I got it done just in time for them and take a shot with him in my kitchen.

PATCH62

A friend of mine works with families and told me she is an honor student and their computer stopped working. She brought it over and we dusted it off and reinstalled the operating system and got it back up and working. Of course we threw on some other fun software as well for her to play when she is not studying.

PATCH61

This computer is one of the fastest ones down in the youth area of Greenvale School. It needed to be cleaned up and games installed so we took it home and updated everything on it.

PATCH60

Here is another computer we fixed up for the Blue Ridge Independent Living Center. This is our first picture and we appreciate his willingness as we feel that a picture of a person smiling looks much better than just a computer.

On this one I was not trying to go for the artistic look but I could not get my phone camera out of black and white mode. The picture I feel still turned out great and more importantly these kids had a fixed up computer for their class room.

PATCH57

We pulled over a couple of kids from the day care center to pose for a picture with out latest computer. The first thing all of the kids ask about are their any new games. We try to find new games along with the standard ones. If you know of good open source/free games let us know.

PATCH56

We received this request from a Grandmother of a 7 year old. She was hoping for a computer for Christmas and we were able to deliver. We are excited to see the picture Christmas morning.

PATCH54&55

Well last year we fixed some computers for the Blue ridge Independent Living Center and they remembered us. For these two computers all they needed was them to be cleaned off so their network person could fix them up for the front office guest people.

PATCH53

After reviewing and updating some of the computers we had donated to Greenvale we had room to put one more in. This computer is a little newer and is happy to have a new home at Greenvale.

PATCH52

I remember her mom and dad dating in High School. They have two other children as well but she was the only one willing to take picture. Their computer got a bad virus and had to be re-formated. We helped them out and put a bunch of free games for them to use as well.

PATCH51

This was an older computer used in the office of Greenvale that was moved down to the child watch area. We took the computer and put our list of games on it for the kids to play.

PATCH50

This laptop was donated to a friend of mine for her son. We fixed it up for her and she told me the other day he is loving it.

PATCH49

Talking to a lady I work with I found out she has three kids and a computer that did not work. We tried to fix up their old computer but it did not want to start up so we pulled one from our shop.
